Tiny Miners

This class is open to kids 3 & 4 years old. The class takes place once a week for 40 minutes. Kids in Tiny Miners will focus on Gymnastic skills that promote body control specific to wrestling. They will learn fundamental wrestling skills and commands that help lay the ground work for their future development.

This class is open to kids 5-7 years old. The class takes place once or twice a week for 1 hour. Kids in Little Miners will focus on Gymnastic skills that promote body control specific to wrestling. They will learn fundamental wrestling skills and basic moves. This is a contact class where athletes will perform skills on one another.

Discover Wrestling Class

Level 1 & 2

This Class is open to kids 8-12 yrs of age with 0-1 years of experience. In this class we infuse gymnastics and wrestling based fundamentals. Athletes will gain basic wrestling functions, skills, and drills. Level 1 & 2 Differ in time commitment and desire to compete.

Elite Wrestling Black

Pre Req: Both of these classes require completion of Discover Level 1 & 2 or 2+ years of experience to be considered.

Discover 3 and Elite Black require 2+ years of experience. This heavily focuses on athletic development, position awareness, and position maintenance. Athletes must have technical proficiency from level 1 & 2 classes in addition to a moderately strong cardio base.

High School Boys & Girls

High School Class will move wrestlers who have an understanding of foundational wrestling position into practical application. We will continue to focus on fundamentals while implementing technique series in top, bottom, and neutral position. Open to High School Athletes boys and girls.
